Here is a super easy way to dress up an accent wall at a party. It works well to hang behind a dessert table or gift table.
We used about 12 different spools of ribbon (you can often find them for $1 at Michaels and JoAnne Fabrics) and a wooden dowel. Cut each piece of ribbon so that it will be long enough to hang below the table. Simply tie the ribbon to the dowel and hang from the ceiling. If the ribbon is curling up, clip clothespins to the bottom of each piece to weigh it down.

The ribbon wall is a great idea. So simple to create, kids could do it. And what an easy, beautiful photo back-drop it would make. You could also install it over a door frame for added fun. At a bridal or baby shower you could tape cards to it. Thanks for the inspiration!
