The easiest way to decorate for a party is with streamers, garland, and plenty of balloons!
Streamers are great and can be inexpensive. We used blue, red, and white streamers to dress up this ceiling fan and add festivity to the room where the party was to be held. Super easy.
Garland can also be great for hanging from the ceiling or at the table. Garland made from felt is even better because it can be used again and again! If you don’t have time to cut out hundreds of small felt circles, you can find lots of options here on etsy.
Balloons are also fun and fairly inexpensive, especially if you blow them up yourself. We found these huge balloons (on right) at party city and tied them together to hang from the ceiling.
