Erin’s grandfather is celebrating his 95th birthday this July and she volunteered to assemble the favors for his party.  She had friend of elevencupcakes and talented graphic designer, Shannon McGivney, design a tag for the favors based around one of her grandpa’s favorite things: root beer.

fyi: the large blank space is for the birthday boy’s last name.

Her design, inspired by a vintage root beer bottle cap, was so cute we used it as inspiration for an early Fourth of July get together.  This week we hope you get inspired to host your own red, white, and root beer party!
