Today’s gift tag idea comes from miniature rhino.  We love the simple and stunning look of these gift tags.  The tutorial, which can be found here, is easy to understand and hopefully will inspire you to make some gift tags that will wow your friends and family. Thank you Jessica from Miniature Rhino for sharing the great ideas!

Today we’ve got another gift tag project to share.  A glass ornament filled with paper shows who this gift is for.

This project was simple to make.  First we printed up an 8.5″ x 11″ paper with two messages: merry christmas, kelly! and kelly (if you haven’t guessed this gift is for kelly!). We printed all the messages in coordinating shades of green.

We then cut apart the strips and carefully slipped them into the ornament.  After tying it on to the wrapped present it was ready.  Using an ornament as gift tag adds a nice keepsake to go on the tree year after year.

Happy Holidays, Everyone! This week we are going to share some gift tag ideas you can use to finish off all your lovely wrapped packages.

Today we are showing you a simple tag we made using brown craft paper and a doily.   Last year after Christmas I got a great deal on several nice reusable gift boxes.  To finish off the gift I wanted to make a simple gift tag using supplies I had on hand.

I cut my doily in quarters and then cut a square out of craft paper measuring the same size of the quartered doily (approx. 2.5″ square). Next I glued the two pieces together.  I punched a hole for the ribbon and it was done.   For more doily ideas check out this article on Martha Stewart.
