Print off the cupcake toppers found in the printable section of the party guide. Using a 2” circle punch or a pair of scissors, cut out the toppers and tape to a lollypop stick (found at craft stores). Stick into your cupcakes for a colorful addition to any table. Our party guide also includes the recipe to these delicious Oreo Cookie Cupcakes!
