happy valentine’s day!

I stumbled upon Shelly’s blog called the House of Smith’s this weekend and was super excited for her amazing tissue paper flower tutorial. Hop on over and see how she did it!

I made these for a valentine’s party last year. I loved that they were easy (chocolate cupcakes with white frosting for the words) and you can customize them for any type of party.

I usually check in with  noodlehead once a week to see all the creative things they come up with. I was excited to see this  blog post on valentine window garland made from pom poms. There is still time to make it, you can do it! enjoy :)

I am a huge fan of what makes me happy, and was so excited to see this easy tutorial on how to make heart valentine’s from felt- so easy and super cute!

Martha Stewarts has lots of great valentine’s ideas on her website right now. Check out these adorable handmade heart doilies.

I used them last year for a valentine’s themed party. She’s right, they are fairly easy to figure out :)

Ok, so I don’t think I am going to have time for this, but I still thought it was super cute. Design*Sponge featured these amazing crocheted heart garland. If you have time to make them, let me know how it goes :)

The moment I saw these do it yourself gumball necklace’s from One Charming Party, I knew I had to try  making them myself! Turns out it was just as easy as they say it is, and super fun! What a great idea for little girls (or big girls!) to wear on heart day.

Here are the ones I created!
