This Friday I am sharing my favorite cupcake recipe….double chocolate fudge!

Ingredients:
1 package baker’s semi sweet chocolate
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 package (4 serving) jello chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 tub frozen whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop 2 of the chocolate squares; set aside. mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil, and water in large bowl. Stir in chopped chocolate. Spoon into cupcake liners and bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
For chocolate glaze frosting, place whipped cream and 6 chocolate squares in microwave bowl. Cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stand 15 minutes to thicken. Spread onto cupcakes.
